Procurement of Supervision Services for the Project "Rehabilitation of the Romania – Iași – Border Railway Line – Stage I – Electrification of the Iași – Border (RO) – Ungheni (MD) Railway Line"

Eignungskriterien

• The tenderer shall demonstrate that it has qualified technical personnel and specialists with relevant experience in the supervision of railway infrastructure works, as well as the technical capacity required to perform the contract in accordance with the procurement documents.

Zuschlagskriterien

• Tender price: The tender price shall be evaluated using the following formula: P = Pmin / Pi × 60.

• Company's experience

  • •The company's experience will be evaluated on the basis of the documents submitted by the tenderer. Experience from 1 to 5 years – 10 points
  • •more than 5 years – 20 points.

• Professional qualifications of the experts: The professional qualifications of the experts will be evaluated on the basis of the submitted certificates, diplomas and CVs. Presentation of all key experts required by the Terms of Reference – 10 points. Presentation of at least one certified railway infrastructure construction expert – 10 points.
