The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the award of a contract for for Facilities Management Services at Six EPA Sites for a maximum duration of four (4) years as specified hereunder. High Level Overview of the Contract The aim of the Contract is to engage a high quality, comprehensive facilities management service which adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements and relevant standards. The Facilities Manager’s role will be required to support at the offices the EPA Regional Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Regional Inspectorate buildings for the EPA, as well as support Local Facilities Management Coordinators, Safety Teams, and Green Teams.
