The project "Support to the Peruvian Government in managing the OECD accession process (ViaOCDE)" aims to strengthen the capacity of the Peruvian State in the process of accession to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), as well as to sustainably manage the post-accession phase. Since 2022, Peru has been engaged in the OECD accession process, which entails a comprehensive assessment of its public policies, legal frameworks and institutional arrangements against OECD standards. This process covers multiple sectors and requires the implementation of complex reforms, as well as high levels of interinstitutional coordination and evidence generation for decision-making. In this context, the project contributes to strengthening the technical and institutional conditions required to manage the accession process, promoting a coherent, evidence-based and gender-sensitive implementation of OECD recommendations. It also supports the implementation of strategic reforms through participatory and multi-level approaches involving public, private and civil society stakeholders. The project works primarily with key institutions at the center of government, such as the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as with other sectors involved in the reform agenda. Its intervention focuses on capacity building, the development of public policy instruments, the improvement of coordination mechanisms and the promotion of multi-stakeholder dialogue platforms. The project also contributes to strengthening relations between Peru, the European Union and OECD member countries, promoting the exchange of good practices and international learning as key tools to accelerate structural reforms. In this regard, the initiative helps position Peru as a strategic partner in the region, capable of adopting international standards that foster a more predictable environment for investment, economic development and institutional trust. Furthermore, the project incorporates a sustainability approach aimed at consolidating institutional capacities in the medium and long term, particularly in managing the post-accession phase to the OECD. This implies not only compliance with recommendations, but also the institutionalization of mechanisms, tools and processes that ensure the continuity of reforms beyond the project lifecycle. In this way, the project contributes to broader development objectives such as improving public governance, strengthening competitiveness, reducing inequalities and promoting a more efficient and results-oriented State, in line with the 2030 Agenda and OECD international standards.

To continue GIZ"s support to the African Union Development Agency"s (AUDA-NEPAD) Programme for Infrastructure Development in Africa (PIDA) on implementation of regional infrastructure. GIZ, through two the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development"s (BMZ) funded programmes, the Integrated Corridors for Economic Growth in Africa (Africa InCORE) and Accelerating the Energy Transition in Africa (ENGAGE) aims to support AUDA-NEPAD in its implementation of the agency"s Service Delivery Mechanism (SDM). The SDM is a strategic platform designed to accelerate the preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects across Africa. Focused on early-stage infrastructure projects, the principal aim of this is to, through the SDM, support projects" progression to full feasibility studies. Africa InCORE"s principal objective is to support the Africa Union to ensure that the development of integrated infrastructure corridors is better aligned with regional integration, green economic growth and intra-African trade. To this end, in an expansion of the corridor-based intervention piloted in the Central Corridor, North-South Corridor was selected as a second corridor to receive project preparation support. For this, AUDA-NEPAD"s SDM will be made available to support infrastructure and/or industrialisation projects derived from the lists presented by the institutions responsible for the two selected corridors. Thus, the "Client" for these infrastructure and/or industrialisation projects is AUDA-NEPAD, the Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency (CCTTFA), the Southern African Development Agency (SADC) for North-South Corridor, GIZ, and their various Member States or some combination of these as is relevant for each project. The ENGAGE programme is carried out as part of an integrated approach together with the global programme Global Energy Transition Program (GET.pro) and Africa InCORE. The aim of ENGAGE is to accelerate Africa"s renewable energy transition by supporting the implementation the Continental Power Systems Master Plan (CMP) and the African Single Electricity Market (AfSEM). This is achieved, in part, through early-stage (variable) renewable and transmission energy project preparation by the SDM. This project preparation approach seeks to bring together realisation of the CMP and application of the AU"s integrated corridor approach"s principles. To this end, the early-stage infrastructure projects supported by ENGAGE focuses on projects with an impact on the Central Corridor and North-South-Corridor Member States.

Mit diesem Vergabeverfahren schreibt die Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung Trier-Land Innenputzarbeiten im Zuge der Generalsanierung der Grundschule Kordel aus. Der Umfang der vom AN zu erbringenden Leistungen ergibt sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung "Innenputzarbeiten".

Der Auftrag betrifft Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Konzeption und Entwicklung eines nationalen Gebäudeenergieregisters zur Erfassung und Bewertung der Energieeffizienz von Gebäuden. Das Register dient als Grundlage für die Erfüllung der EU-Berichtspflichten. Grundlage ist Artikel 22 der Richtlinie (EU) 2024/1275 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates über die Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden (EPBD). Mit Artikel 22 der Richtlinie (EU) 2024/1275 über die Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden (EPBD) werden die Mitgliedstaaten verpflichtet, nationale Datenbanken zur Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden aufzubauen und zu betreiben, mit dem Ziel eine belastbare und transparente Datengrundlage für Monitoring, Steuerung des Gebäudesektors zu erhalten. Zur Umsetzung dieser Vorgabe soll ein Gebäudeenergieregister konzipiert und entwickelt werden, dass die Erfassung, Speicherung, Verarbeitung, Bereitstellung und Auswertung gebäudebezogener Energiedaten in einer modernen, sicheren und interoperablen Architektur ermöglicht. Die zu erbringende Leistung verfolgt insbesondere folgende Ziele: - rechtskonforme Umsetzung der Anforderungen aus Artikel 22 EPBD sowie der einschlägigen nationalen Regelungen, - Schaffung eines zentralen, modularen Systems gemäß EPBD für Energieausweise, Inspektionsberichte und perspektivisch individuelle Sanierungsfahrpläne, sowie ggf. weitere Instrumente, - Nutzerzentrierung durch schlanke, klare, barrierefreie und nachvollziehbare Prozesse für Eigentümerinnen und Eigentümer, Ausstellende, Verwaltungen und weitere berechtigte Stellen, - Minimierung der dauerhaften Wartungs- und Betriebsaufwände des Gebäudeenergieregisters durch entsprechende Konzeption und Entwicklung, - Reduzierung dauerhafter administrativer Aufwände durch standardisierte Schnittstellen, wiederverwendbare Daten und automatisierte Prozessschritte, - Bereitstellung anonymisierter und aggregierter Informationen für Verwaltung, Forschung, Öffentlichkeit und europäische Berichtspflichten. Der Auftragnehmer hat hierfür verschiedene Leistungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber nach entsprechenden Abrufen durch den Auftraggeber zu erbringen. Die Vergütung erfolgt aufwandsabhängig. Die maximale Abnahme (Obergrenze) über die mögliche Gesamtlaufzeit von 39 Monaten (23 Monate Grundlaufzeit + zweimalige Verlängerungsoption für den Auftraggeber um jeweils 8 Monate) beträgt 14.500 Personentage.
